Thank you for visiting my about page. My 30 plus years of experience started in consumer electronics at the age of 16. I developed a passion for technology starting in the mid-80s when I was blessed to be selling VCRs, cell phones, camcorders, fax machines, and much much more. My life changed the first time I experienced what a FAX machine could do and hearing my first song on a sony walkman. I could write a book just on being around such great innovations at a very young age.
My marketing and sales experience includes being a fleet manager for enterprises rent-a-car.
Sales for a Celsius International. An international sales lead generation company.
But lion’s share of my experience comes from a company I started with my father called Emidsouth. Together we created a resale timeshare company and lead the industry in resale and was topped ranked on eBay.
I am proud to be a FedEx St Jude volunteer for over 15 years and have been very active in Men’s ministry since 2009. I have been working with great teams to bring 10 plus years of Men Morning of Spirituality to the Midsouth. The yearly event involving around 1000 men taught me much about, marketing, logistics, nametags, and much much more.
In 2014 I started helping Dr. Cathy Schanzer and Tom Lewis with their mission work. Since 1998 they have been tracking to West Africa resorting sight to the blind. Working with the Southern Eye Insititute is what awoke my servant’s heart and is why I have a passion to help organizations, ministries, and groups attract the support they need to fulfill their missions.
2017 when Dr. Schanzer became a partner with Eye Specialty Group my role changed to Executive Director of The Surgical Eye Care Foundation. This where is where I built from scratch many different and fun fundraisers and now I am going to take my experience and use it to help others that need help in marketing and fundraising.
